Andrzej Antoszkiewicz

Andrzej Antoszkiewicz is the Managing Partner & CEO of OrdoStrategica, where he focuses on the future of sports and esports events. His portfolio career includes numerous international leadership functions, including FIFA, OECD, and NATO.

At FIFA, as Global Head of Strategy, Planning, Innovation & Business Solutions, he transformed its FIFA World Cup operating model, reformed its requirements, revolutionised tournament innovation and implemented integrated planning.

Andrzej also led the overall planning and coordination of two NATO Summits. In 2015, he was appointed as Principal NATO Summit Advisor to the Government of Poland, for which he was made Knight of the Order of Merit of the Republic of Poland.
